Ready to complete your purchase?
Click the cart icon (top right) to view your Lavivita items. On the next page, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click the “Checkout” button to proceed. You’ll be taken to the checkout page where you can enter your details quickly and easily on one page.
Important: Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed. Orders are processed immediately to ensure the fastest possible dispatch.
SHIPPING COSTS
Lavivita covers the cost of standard shipping — you won’t pay a penny extra for delivery.*
Return postage costs, however, are the customer’s responsibility.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! Every Lavivita order is shipped with full Royal Mail Tracked or Evri (Hermes) tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please note: It may take a few hours for the tracking information to become visible.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
Please note: Many of our products are shipped directly from our global suppliers, so average delivery time is 10–15 working days.
NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, your parcel will usually be left at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office or Evri Pickup Point, depending on the courier.
You’ll receive a missed delivery card or email notification with instructions on where and how to collect your parcel.
If the parcel isn’t collected within 7 days, it will be returned to our warehouse.
WRONG ADDRESS
It’s your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We dispatch orders quickly, so there’s only a short window to correct any mistakes.
If you believe you've entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Lavivita is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you haven’t received it, please let us know.
We will initiate an investigation with the delivery courier 14 days after the indicated delivery date, and keep you informed throughout the process.
