If you’ve received the wrong items or your order arrived damaged, please email us at info@lavivita.com so we can sort it out for you.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are in original, resellable condition.
For approved returns, you’ll receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We’re unable to refund or exchange items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Request the return form
Download, print, and fill in the return form if you haven’t already. You can request it using the contact form below.
Step 2: Submit your return form
Send your completed form, along with a photo of the items you’re returning, to info@lavivita.com. Make sure your return is well-packaged and meets all conditions listed below once approved. Clearly label your package with "Return" on the outside. Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Please follow up with an email including your tracking information.
Step 3: Return the items
Package the items and return them to the address provided in the return form.

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.

Return shipping costs are not covered.

Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Use a trackable and insured shipping service – we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Returns without prior approval and a completed return form cannot be processed.
Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 2: Send your return
Post the items along with the completed return form to the address listed. Ensure your package has tracking. You are responsible for the return, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within five working days directly to your bank account.
